1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and Gelay88 (hereinafter "Gelay88", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Gelay88 online gaming platform accessible at gelay88.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any service offered through the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with Gelay88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. Gelay88 strictly enforces this age requirement. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds within such Account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Gelay88 or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account with Gelay88. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

4Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad / IC number or Passport number for non-citizens), email address, and contact number. You are required to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Gelay88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

KYC verification is mandatory before a Player may make any withdrawal from the Platform. To complete KYC, you must submit the following documentation when requested:

• A clear photograph or scan of both sides of your Malaysian MyKad (IC) or a valid passport;
• A selfie holding your identification document, if requested;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name, or bank statement) where the payment method used for deposit does not clearly identify the account holder.

Gelay88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC. KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Where Gelay88 determines that a Player holds, or has held, more than one Account (including under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers), Gelay88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, withhold any Bonus Funds within such Accounts, and, where fraud or abuse is detected, forfeit Real Money Funds in excess of deposits made.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

Gelay88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — real-time bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks;
• DuitNow instant transfer;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet;
• Boost e-wallet;
• GrabPay;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT, TRC-20), and BNB (BEP-20).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section within your Account for current minimums and maximums. Gelay88 does not charge deposit fees, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are verified as belonging to the Account holder. The following processing timelines are indicative and not guaranteed:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically 5–30 minutes after approval;
• Bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow): typically 1–4 hours during Malaysian banking hours;
• Cryptocurrency: dependent on network congestion; typically 15–60 minutes.

Gelay88 reserves the right to apply additional processing time for security checks, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR unless the Account holder has specifically deposited and requested withdrawal in cryptocurrency.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal will not be processed where:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• Outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met;
• The Account is under review or suspended;
• The withdrawal amount falls below the applicable minimum threshold.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Gelay88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, which are published within the Platform alongside each game or market. The following general betting rules apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are advised to review their selections carefully before confirming any bet.
• Gelay88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds, or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question.
• In the event of a manifest error (including, without limitation, incorrect odds or market configurations), Gelay88 reserves the right to correct or void the affected bet, regardless of whether it has already been settled.
• For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Bundesliga, Champions League, and UFC — specific settlement rules are published within the Sports section of the Platform and take precedence over these general rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

7Game Fairness & Integrity

All casino games offered on the Gelay88 Platform that utilise a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game providers and are regularly audited. Gelay88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Welcome Bonus Wagering Requirements

The following indicative wagering requirements apply to Gelay88's current welcome bonus offers. Specific requirements are confirmed at the time each bonus is claimed:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus (max MYR 2,880): 35x wagering requirement on bonus amount; minimum deposit RM50.
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus (max MYR 300): 10x wagering requirement on bonus amount; minimum deposit RM30.
• 188% Esports Welcome Bonus (max MYR 888): 18x wagering requirement on bonus amount; minimum deposit RM50.

8.3 Loyalty Programme

9Responsible Gambling

10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gelay88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or derive unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or system for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Abusing the bonus system, including (without limitation) opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across Accounts, or placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Charging back any deposit or initiating a payment dispute without first raising the matter with Gelay88's support team.

11Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Gelay88 Platform are the exclusive property of Gelay88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Gelay88.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gelay88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Gelay88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, and technical issues may occur. Gelay88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Gelay88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by Gelay88

Gelay88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Gelay88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Upon closure of an Account due to a breach of these Terms, Gelay88 may, in its sole discretion, withhold or forfeit the Account Balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13.2 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting Gelay88's support team. Before processing a closure request, Gelay88 will settle any outstanding transactions and, where the Account remains in good standing, return the remaining Real Money Balance to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure and will be forfeited.

14Amendments to Terms

Gelay88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, Gelay88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — either via email to the registered address, via an in-platform notification, or by publishing a notice on the Platform — prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, Gelay88 encourages Players to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
